Masterchief Returns! and this time with a rework to match his legendary record!
Masterchief's Starting Item, The Weapon, has changed! The Weapon no longer does 1 non-lethal damage to a player or monster not being attacked and no longer rewards an additional loot if the monster was killed or treasure if it was a player. This time we've moved away from the "if you kill this get a reward" style of item and reworked The Weapon to a classic level up mechanic. This time Masterchief and the Weapon gain buffs and effects each time a monster is killed. These buffs are permanent and help Chief fight his way to victory!

There are currently three booster packs available from the Summer of Isaac, the Community Booster, Edmund, and Alt Art pack have all been revealed.
The aniversary pack adds new cards in honor of the 10th anniversary of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, the Anniversary Booster Pack is a celebration of all things Isaac, from Flash right up to the present day! Featuring 20 exciting new cards, this booster pack not only supplements your Four Souls collection but takes you on a journey through each era of Isaac's story.
